Meu projeto do curso: Técnicas de ilustração com aquarela e guache

Here my final project, I still have a long way to understand gouache
I loved how she explains how and where to get inspiration from, with the doodles on the paint blobs. I never thought about drawing a dumbo octopus so It was refreshing
At first, I liked the concept I had in the sketches but once I started to paint, I hated it, even thought about giving up, but when I was making the details.. I was slightly happier about and I didn't hate it anymore. I think the process is hard but if you keep on going might be even enjoyable.
One thing, I struggled with gouache because this is the first thing I've ever painted with this medium. I see I made so many mistakes specially thinking they are the same as watercolor, but its not, quite the oposite. It was a good lesson to learn.
The teacher is very inspiring, I loved the class, hope to see more classes from her.
