Art Director

We're looking for an Art Director, who will be within the marketing team, and she/he will be responsible for creating branded content aligned to the brand’s strategy and identity with a consumer-centric perspective.

Responsabilities:
* Art direction for all content creation. Collaborate with Creative Art Director, Production Companies and Product Design team to deliver imagery consistent with the brand strategy.
* Responsible for the visual intention and outcome of all assets from concept to execution, leading or providing input during pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
* Bring freshness and best practices that raise quality standards for all brand visual assets, aligning with brand strategy and differentiating from our competition.
* Create briefs, moodboards and styling selection for shoots.
* Co-develop timelines and production schedules with production team.
* Direct/Manage production teams to get the right shots.
* Attend photoshoots (all possible ones).
* Participate in the photography selection and editing process through layout and design refinement.
* Perform other duties required to get the best result.

Requeriments:
* 6 year experience in Advertising/Graphic Design and minimum 3 year experience in similar job position (in company, agency or collaborating as freelance)
* Strong knowledge in photography, video & motion. Also valuable on digital, publicity, branding & strategy.
* Fluent English is a must (B2-C1)
* High knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
* Knowledge of Adobe Suite software (Indesign, Illustrator...) & Pack Office.
