LABASAD, Barcelona School of Arts & Design, is a leader in online training for Master’s programs in Design, Creativity and Photography.

🔵What do we need?
We are hiring a Community Manager for our headquarters in Barcelona. Reporting to the Marketing Director, your role will be to manage, build, and strengthen relationships between the school and its community. Your main objective s will be to enhance the school’s digital presence, encourage dialogue and interaction, and ensure effective connectivity with the market.

🔵What are the main responsibilities?
- Responsible for managing, planning and publishing content on social media, as well as responding to messages. Important to have interest in identifying trends on social networks to regularly apply improvements. Very important to know and master TikTok.
- Create and record content for social networks, as well as edit it.
- Write content for social networks.
- Monitor news and success stories of the school’s students and teachers to provide engaging content for social networks and other media.
- Responsible for managing, planning and publishing content on our Alumni platform.
- Organize and manage events.
- Knowledge to analyze and measure social media metrics.

🔵What are the requirements we need?
- Strong understanding of social networks.
- Basic knowledge of video design and editing software is highly valued, including CapCut.
- Native English speaker with a high level of Spanish. Fluency in both languages is essential as our social networks are bilingual.
- Person who demonstrates clear interest in current social media trends.
- Team player with strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, flexibility, and ability to listen.
- Analytical skills.
- A dynamic, positive and energetic person who contributes to a good work environment. Efficient, proactive and committed to the project and the company.
