Marketing Manager for creative video agency

As the least boring video agency, we're looking for a creative and ambitious Marketing & Sales Manager to help us thrive.

Core Responsibilities:
- Help build and nurture a community of marketers through organizing events and learning experiences
- Support lead generation by contacting potential clients and arranging conversations
- Assist in developing compelling proposals and manage their presentation and follow-up
- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms
- Contribute to content creation and prepare promotional materials and assets
- Support marketing campaigns across various channels
- Help maintain our CRM and marketing tools
- Collaborate with the team to ensure our marketing efforts align with our brand positioning

What we're looking for:
- Experience (2+ years) in marketing (and sales ideally), related somehow to creative or tech companies.
- Proficient English skills (native or equivalent) - We will be testing for it.
- Strong digital literacy and familiarity with marketing tools and software
- Comprehensive understanding of B2B and Accout-based Marketing principles
- Excellent communication and writing abilities
- Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking
