I don't know much about drawing. I am single and live by myself in peaceful bliss. I am hoping to make more time for creativity and am interested in how you can process trauma through creativity.
I live in Shetland, I have lived here for about 28 years. I am originally from South Africa.
I have been journaling for a number of years. When I first moved to Shetland there was no internet so I would write letters to my Mom asking advice or letting her know what my troubles were - I discovered how writing can be used to solve your own problems.
