I'm a practical person, and my time working in customer service really taught me how to listen, how to dig into a problem, and how to find real solutions. Honestly, those skills have been invaluable in everything I've done since.

I'm a big believer in teamwork, love a good challenge, and I'm always looking for ways to learn and grow. I guess you could say I'm a lifelong student!
