Project in the Introduction to Islamic Art - Create Biomorphic Patterns

This class will teach you how to create intricate patterns and delve into a brief history of Islamic art. Here is my interpretation of the pattern. My drawing did simplify the original pattern somewhat.

Using the tracing paper, repeat the pattern that you created until you have a full pattern. The colors I used were what were available in my watercolor set, so not the traditional or exact colors suggested.
