Mustafa Mowen Yuan

My name is Mustafa. I'm originally from Beijing, China, living in Taiwan with my wife and daughter. I work as a book translator and also arrange small scale talks on history and art to the public. Besides my work, I find my best interest and devotion through art and history. To be specific, Islamic art and architecture hold the greatest interest of mine. While I am still a beginner of Arabic language, I strongly want to learn Arabic calligraphy here. And I'm thrilled to find someone teaching this tradition online in English. Hopefully, I would be able to do a good job on this, and I have a goal which is to create some creative artworks that combine both Arabic and Chinese calligraphy.
