I was born in İstanbul and lived there for 30 years. I was project manager in the most well known CRM agency. Then I moved to Germany. First to Stuttgart than in a small city next to Berlin. I have a 6 years old boy. The life in Germany led me to Wellbeing. I learned, still learning and coaching Ayurveda, Breathing and Bach Flowers. I have a column in a Turkish-German Newspaper. I love reading, writing and travelling. "Smile eventhough it's breaking" is my favourite quote. "Little Prince" is my favourite book. "Bohemian Rhapsody" is my favourite song. "Cuba" is my favourite destination.
