I learned to crochet in year 5 in primary school and to knit in year 8 in secondary school. I hadn't crocheted or knitted for a very long time since then but started to really enjoy crochet from March 2020 when lockdown started. It really helped me focus and have some mindful time.
I have gained good skills in crochet and find crochet very versatile in creating various patterns and textures. Now I think it is time to take up knitting again and improve my skills. I really like the delicate look of knitting and love fair isle. I would love to learn to knit garments that are actually wearable.
