I am a coach, mentor, and organizational advisor. In a matter of lifetime passion, I write fiction and nonfiction. I am highly trained in international communication and have led multiple multinational and multicultural teams as their director and the chairman board of trustees.

The likely surprising part is that I am also an educated and experienced classical musician.

My talent lies in synthesis. I make things connect and find comfort together, whether it's a project, organization, person, group or phenomena. I worked in over 20 countries, most recently in Poland, Cambodia and Indonesia.

I have experience in creating international organizations, working with royalty, nobility, governments, stars, VIPs, UHNWIs, NGOs, leading culture and education institutions, lecturing at a university, creating music and texts as well as judging in international arts competitions.

Here is why I am here: I like to empower women, so here I like to learn about and understand tools of talking about it with care, mindfulness and to largest possible audience. Being a male boss since I was really young, I have realized how bad things are and decided I want to live in world where people can flourish to their fullest. On the side of my ordinary activities, I am developing a Women Empowerment platform in cooperation with NGOs, to share valuable experience and hints for women and, especially, men, if you know what I mean.
