Laura Jeacock

After training and working as a scientist for many years, I focused my energies on painting and illustration in 2018.

My work to date includes devotional paintings of Deity, as well as more fantastical and witchcraft inspired pieces. I work with a variety of mediums, including pencil, ink and watercolour. I am currently learning how to use oil paints.

I am constantly inspired by nature and the changing landscapes around me, and this is reflected in my work. I currently live in Edinburgh, with my partner and menagerie of familiars. When I am not creating I can be found out in the wilds of Scotland, practising yoga, or buried in an esoteric book.
