I regret that I haven't painted much since art school. I'm now in early retirement from the business world, and realize that I need an art "jump start." I hope that I'm able to paint again without too much frustration, I figure time will tell!

Sara's course is very appealing to me. I've always wanted a looser style to my art. She also discusses the business end of selling your own work, which I'm familiar with but always wanting to learn more!

I live in an "off grid" rural community. We have all the essentials for life here, but we do drive a ways for food and medicines. We live on the shores of Lake Superior in the woods. My desire is to paint the likeness of the wildlife and forest around me.
