UX/UI Lead

The main purpose of the job will be to lead a team of UX researchers and designers. In this role you will also be involved in conversations with the UX & Content Manager, the Product Owner and the Tech Lead of this project, as with other company stakeholders. You will also actively participate in the development of the product strategy, then together with the team of UX/UI, implement the processes and methodologies that carryout. You will be responsible for coordinating from product discovery to product delivery with a strong vision for details and the ability to transfer to the facts what is agreed in the strategy. It is a position that requires hand on the product but also a vision of the forest for strategy.

What we expect from you:

TEAM LEAD SKILLS
* Guide and train the team, provide support to clients in the concept and execution process, for Service as well as Product Design.
* Participate and supervise the whole process, from pitch to final delivery.
* Helps team coordination and assignment of projects.
* Evaluation processes and internal post selection.

PROPOSAL AND DEFINITION SKILLS
* Definition and presentation of UX strategy in proposals to clients.
* Estimation of time cost for projects.
* Research and process design.
* Lead and facilitate workshops with stakeholders

PROJECT SKILLS
* Insightful knowledge and development of Design Thinking dynamics.
* Execution of research with users: interviews, user tests, card sorting, tree testing, focus group…
* Execution of heuristic analysis, design evaluations and audits.
* Expert in creation of experience maps, user journeys and service blue print, interaction models architectures, navigation flows, prototypes, interaction design and UI / Visual design.
* Experience working with design systems, components, and applicable assets.

QUALIFICATIONS

What we ask of you
* More than 5+years’ experience in similar positions.
* High level of English (C1 or equivalent).
* Expert in design and research software like Sketch, Figma, Mural, etc…
* A great communicator, both orally and in writing, in order to defend proposals presented: public speaking, storytelling, creation of presentations …
* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects. Experience in *Management software, preferred Jira...
*And above all, optimism and entrepreneurial approach that will motivate the team.
