We are looking for a passionate, talented and fun Web Designer with UX focus. You will have the opportunity to design, craft, learn and grow professionally by generating high outstanding website UX aesthetics impacting the company's worldwide communication in digital.

You'll be responsible for creating the design and the layout of our support website and pages. Our web designer would design from the wireframes and UX information flows of our current website and will make sure that during the implementation plan the website is being revamped too.

Requirements
What will you be doing?

Conceptualising creative ideas with clients
Testing and improving the design of the website
Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices
Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards
Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients
Working with different content management systems
Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes
Incorporating functionalities and features into websites
Designing sample pages including first UI approach
Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure to key stakeholders.
Create user-centric methodologies based on our different users’ persona for digital environments and manage the iterations needed to adjust the business mission through the design proposal based on users’ needs
Usability testing to identify pain-points and craft solutions through flows and prototyping
Collaborating with key team members and designers to execute digital studies into user behaviour and attitudes
Reduce time-to-market empathising on problem-solving and finding viable solutions in combination with lean and agile methodologies

What are we looking for?

Degree or Master in a related field: Digital Design, UX Website design
+3 years of experience. Experience in leading fast-moving empowered teams to diverse goals and act
Proficiency in Adobe Suite (special skills in XD, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) Figma, Miró and Jira Organizational skills.
Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
Good understanding of content management systems.
Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
One-Upper: highly skilled by treating everything as a prototype to continuously improve the identity/company.
Desire to improve and grow yourself and continually hone your skills.
Fluent in English
