BNZSA’s Digital department delivers campaigns that support and enhance B2B lead generation campaigns. This is a growing team inside a larger organisation that includes telemarketing and data services for major B2B IT vendors. Alongside paid media campaigns, one of our key activity streams is email nurture campaigns that serve valuable information to prospects, enabling lead scoring to flag when they are in-market.
We are looking for someone with around 2 years´ experience working with a marketing automation tool. Our platform is Marketo, but experience in Eloqua, HubSpot etc would be valued.

Who you are
• A marketing automation specialist with experience in a platform like Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot
• Super organised, with excellent project management and prioritisation skills
• You love data and analytics, studying trends to optimise campaigns
• A creative thinker who enjoys seeking solutions to challenges
• Confident to present to internal and external stakeholders
Your responsibilities
• Support the build, planning and implementation of marketing automation campaigns
• Prepare and execute optimised marketing emails and campaigns
• Assist with data preparation, lead management and list management
• Manage and maintain the marketing automation platform to optimise execution of digital activities
• Build, optimise and maintain any landing pages and webpages to support internal and external marketing activities
• Test and analyse campaigns results to optimise and secure the best results
• Working with developers to ensure smooth integration of data between tools like our CRM and CMS
• Update KPIs and track and report marketing metrics
Required experience
• 2+ years digital marketing experience
• Experience with a marketing automation tool (Marketo preferred)
• Understanding of interaction between CRM and marketing automation tool
• Experience with Office 365 suite (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
• Fluent in English (C1 level required)
• An understanding of GDPR compliance
Desirable experience
• Knowledge of the B2B market and the IT sector
• Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics or other analysis tools
• Experience with paid advertising campaigns (social media, programmatic)
Monday to Thursday:
08:00h – 17:00h (1-hour lunch break)
Friday:
08:00h – 14:00h
