We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our Sales team. Working closely with Carlos, Country Manager, you will have the following tasks :
Collaborate with sales teams by bringing innovative lead-generation ideas to each weekly meeting
Prospecting: Identifying potential customers through research and outreach via phone, email, social media, and other channels.
Qualifying: Determining whether a potential customer is a good fit for the company's products or services by asking qualifying questions.
Lead management: Managing leads and ensuring that they are properly entered into the company's CRM system.
Pipeline development: Developing a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team to follow up on.
Sales collaboration: Working closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
Customer relationship management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with potential customers, educating them about the company's products or services, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Sales reporting: Providing regular reports on lead generation activities and the status of the pipeline.

🦸🏼Required Profile :
You have a scientific background or a degree from a tier 1 Business School and have a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
You are Spanish are speak fluently english. Portuguese also is must.
You are very attracted to start-ups and the world of entrepreneurship, ideally with a first experience or a significant personal project.
You are an ambitious competitor, you like to be operational and you are resourceful.
Energetic, ambitious, and passionate. Your attitude and a positive mindset are key.
