Initial Role: Marketing Assistant

To start, you'll join us as a Marketing Assistant, assisting our Product Launch Marketing Strategist in all aspects of our crowdfunding campaigns.

Promotion to Executive

After a successful 2-month onboarding period and your contributions to the product launch, you'll be promoted to Product Launch Marketing Executive, taking on more responsibility for the marketing of our future crowdfunding campaigns.

Hybrid Work Arrangement

We offer a hybrid work environment, so you'll have the flexibility to work from our Madrid office or remotely from your home.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Developing and executing comprehensive marketing processes that rock the socks off our crowdfunding campaigns

· Researching and analyzing the market to identify the trends that matter most

· Crafting persuasive marketing copy that makes potential backers go "Wow!"

· Managing and optimizing online advertising campaigns that drive traffic like crazy

· Collaborating with our design team to create eye-catching marketing materials that wow the world

· Tracking and analyzing campaign performance data to make sure we're always on top of our game

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

· Important: Native English skills so you can communicate with our global community

· Proven experience in designing, creating, and managing online marketing campaigns

· Wicked copywriting skills that make people stop scrolling and take notice

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that make you a joy to work with

· The ability to work independently and as part of a team, just like a true marketing maestro

Bonus points if you:

· Are a pro with digital design software like Adobe Creative Suite

· Know the ins and outs of the crowdfunding platforms like the back of your hand
