At work, I teach others how to solve problems, and lead others in improving the processes that frustrate them the most. Using Lean improvement techniques I've helped save over $1 billion dollars and generated over $100 million in revenue for the companies I've worked for. I'm an expert in Lean, Agile, Design Thinking, and Change Management, being a keynote speaker at global Lean conferences. I authored the Amazon best selling book in the Lean category, 'Parenting the Lean Way' and I am currently working on a book about facilitating virtual improvement events. I host the Virtual Lean Summit, and have a global audience of over ten thousand.

I feel I'm a creative person and have a passion for photography and videography, and was the president of the University of Edinburgh Photography Society when I was a student. I've won numerous photography competitions, and enjoy learning and developing my talents. Other hobbies include cooking, writing, along with most activites that get me out into nature.
