Hello, my name is Bella.
I have always loved crafting, being creative, making things, artworks with my hands. And I have a very big chrus on animals and nature, biology, life itself. When I was a little kid, I always played in the garden collecting insects, flowers, stones, pine cones ect. In primary school I was the weirdo who held the bees in hands in the begining of the spring to save them from being treaded. And didn't afraid of their stings.
Now I am 25 years old, I am a biologist, and I'm currently working on my second diploma to be a biology teacher.
In my freetime I take care about my pets (I have two african giant snails and two stick insects, but occasionally there are some tropical butterflies, bugs, locusts and who knows what more... :) ) and I am a volunteer at the hungarian BirdLife International. We organise bird ringings, do scientific work to help bird species to survive, educate people about nature conservation and other cool stuff. :) For example on my profile picture I am holding a young european roller (Coracias garrulus) at a bird ringing.
About 1 year ago I started drewing and painting animals, especially birds and sometimes butterflies in my freetime. I don't want to be an official artist, it is just a cool hobby for me, a relaxing activity in the end of a busy day. I started it all by myself, never learned it in school or somewhere else. I just figured out some things on my own, but I know, such as biology, drawing and painting is a "science", a profession too. There is a lot to learn about this topic, so that's why I am here. To learn from professionals. :)
