I always had a passion for art and craftsmanship. I started with evening classes “drawing” at the art school Saint-Lucas in Ghent when I was young.
Meanwhile, I worked as a therapist in a psychiatric institute where I established an art studio for its clients. Soon thereafter, however, I chose to focus more on what I really wanted to achieve and earned my diploma for master painter at the Meylemans Institute.
I accepted some assignments in trompe l'oeil. I have quite mastered the technique of oil painting for faux marbres.Unfortually, I don't get anything out of watercolours.I hope to learn it here.
I like to go for a walk and draw trees because they are easy models:).But I would like to make aquarels too.
