I’m Eunice Lara-Castañeda, a poet, writer, and cultural manager from Guadalajara, Mexico. My work has been recognized internationally, and I’ve been a finalist in competitions such as the 2nd Visual Poetry Contest “Un Cop d'Ull” and the XV Art i Copes in Mallorca, Spain.
My writing has appeared in anthologies like Extática, Muestra de poesía femenina (Salto Mortal), and I’m the author of the children’s book Lu, el viajero de las estrellas, published by the Jalisco Ministry of Culture in 2023.
My work has been exhibited at events such as the First Biennial of Arts and Design at ENAP-UNAM and the 2nd Artist Book Fair FoLia 2015 at the Raúl Anguiano Museum of Art. With a background in Hispanic Literature and Cultural Management, I bring a social lens to my creative projects, often working at the intersection of memory, social innovation, and peace-building through the arts.
