DiGa Me

I work as a UX Designer at a large global tech company, but I like to spend my evenings sketchbooking as a way of unwinding from the day. I was originally an art major in college but then switched majors, so I've been taking Domestika courses as well as local art courses to relive my time in art school.

Lately, I have been inspired by the picture books that I have bought for my baby so I have been exploring mixed media illustration, colored pencil drawing, gouache, watercolor, ink, and pencil drawing, as well as collage techniques. I have been enjoying documenting my day-to-day life as a new parent though I also like playing around with my materials through abstract compositions.

I have a commitment problem when it comes to art materials, so along with those that I mentioned above, I also use acrylic paint, oil paint, pastels (oil and soft), charcoal, and Procreate on my iPad Pro.
