I'm a 49 year old human. I learned to crochet in 2015 but my journey with it has been a bit all over the place. My mind is that of the designer, but I'm not a natural crafts person. I'm currently teaching myself crochet design as I want to design granny squares. This is proving to be somewhat problematic due to being numerically challenged. I had no idea there was so much maths in crochet. But it's too late to turn back now.....I'm completely addicted.
I decided to do this course for two reasons; a) indoctrination of advertising on Youtube by Domestika. b) because I'm discovering on my crochet design learning experience, there's only so many blankets and coasters one can make. And I love knitwear. I've really wanted to mimic knitted stitches with crochet and have been on the path for some time. So here I am.
