It’s a calming course to follow

I really loved this course! Sarah has a quirky style that brings a smile to my face, and she is very understanding of beginners, and is encouraging, showing how even mistakes get you closer to where you want to go. I love how she introduced several types of supplies, and illustrated some of the different effects that you can get with them. At the end she has a list of tips that I think will be very helpful to remember as I go along and play in my sketchbook.

Sarah provides practical and inspirational approaches to keeping a daily sketchbook. She introduces a variety of materials and does a great job of demonstrating how to work from visuals and imagination.

I love Sarah and she's one of my favorite artists. However, the course didn't bring me as much as I expected. The ideas are really good, but the videos are too long just to show how she does the excercices, without much insight :( sorry Sarah

This is a course that gives you so many ways to get better at sketching from your imagination. It also gave me many ideas about unexpected ways to combine different sketching materials. It was really helpful to watch Sarah complete the Sketchbook exercises. I feel like I have better insight into how to create colorful sketches that combine shapes with line work. This was one of my favorite classes on Domestika because it covers topics and exercises I will enjoy revisiting in the future.

Sarah's courses are freeing and refreshing. I love this one again very much, especially for getting over the fear of exploring and making mistakes.
