M.Ivo Müller suggests the "Inspire+Exhale+Say the line" exercise as a tool for rehearsals. As an acting coach. I question its necessity and effectiveness. Speaking with nearly empty air may result in delivering lines lacking energy for effective communication. Why would we practice that? Energy is what will communicate to your audience. In my practice, I prioritize clarity of intention and impulse, enabling a more authentic performance by harnessing the natural flow of breath.
