Diana Buitrago is not a knowledgeable painter but she is also passionate teacher. This course teaches the importance of composition, tonal values, grisaille, under painting, color selection, thumb nail sketches. This is one of the best courses for a beginner Landscape artist.

I'm halfway through the course, but feel the need to stop and give this course a great review. The instructor is not only clear and easy to understand, but most importantly, she talks through her process and clearly explains WHY she is doing what she is doing. Many, many art technique videos explain what to do, but don't adequately explain their rationale and their process. Although I've done oil painting in the past, it is refreshing to see others and learn from their technique. Great course!
