A very good course on gouache where Don's style is more with muted color palette. It is an intermediate course where you need to have an idea on perspective and basic color mixing knowledge. A good one to upskill yourself.

Don is a real communicator. His step by step descriptions make taking his course so enjoyable!

Great intro to color theory in the first lesson or so, which supports the final painting. I also really like that he makes it ok to work from photos. I'm about halfway through the class but really enjoying it!

This is an excellent course for anyone who wants to learn how to paint with gouache. I really love this style of painting. Great artist ;-)

I enjoyed it very much. I learnt several abilities that I find useful and have put into practice. The teacher has a nice attitude and looks as a welcoming person.

I did enjoy the class. My only critique would be that I wish less time had been spent on watching the instructor paint color wheels and swatches and more time for demonstration of actual street scenes. His instruction on how to use gouache was very thorough.
