Paysages fantastiques à l'aquarelle et à la gouache

A wonderfully inspiring course. I have worked in watercolour for somewhile but had not considered combining gouache with it. Ruth explained everything really well (I was new to gouache and it's different properties to watercolour need some getting used to). She was so generous with her tips and tricks. The addition of also using pencil and metallic watercolour paints was an additional inspiration and I am totally motivated to try some 'fantasy landscape' paintings.

I really enjoyed this class. I’ve been painting with watercolor for about a year and a half and wanted to branch out into gouache, but was feeling a bit intimidated by it. Ruth’s approach to whimsical landscapes created from abstract watercolor backgrounds made a great playground for exploration.

My introduction to Domestika and this first course by Ruth Wilshaw was absolutely brilliant. I learned a massive amount which made it all the easier by her clear and interesting approach to his skill. Thank you.

Dommage que les leçons ne sont pas en français pas évident de lire les sous tirages et de regarder en meme temps

Excellent course and highly recommended. Ruth does an excellent job of leading through each of the lessons in a very positive and appealing commentary that keys students engaged in the process of learning.

I Really liked this course! She creates a very nice pace for the process and yet it is very thorough. She also gives you the feeling that you do not have to imitate her and shares many techniques to utilize in your own creation.
