This a fantastic course for beginner film (self) portrait photographers. A truly inspirational and motivational course, giving you the confidence to take the first step. Chantal is an incredible artist, photographer, and teacher.

Highly recommend the course. Chantal is very much inspiring and empowering back into taking (analog) self-portraits again. I gained insights and new motivation from her personal perspective and sharing of her work and learned a few new technical aspects as well. I think this course is unique and exactly what I needed without knowing it. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

I like how we are going through the way of working of Chantal.
There is a good balance between technical details and inspiration. As an example, for the camera Chantal doesn't give too many technical details, but then she tells how she did a shot. It’s the perfect level of detail on technical stuff.
She talks easily about her experience on the way of working with the different rolls, the light or starting a self-portrait session.

The course is full of simple but important advice.

Good course, if you are an absolute beginner who never held a camera before.
Any other level won't find much new tips or techniques in my opinion. Maybe inspiration.

Besides that. The course is well produced and easy to watch.
