This is an excellent course for trying something different. Lapin is very enthusiastic and inspiring in his subject of Urban Sketching. He encourages you out of your comfort zone with exercises involving curvilinear perspective or in having to draw portraits of people in your field of view. Lapin actively reviews work you submit to the forum. I have not yet attempted the final project but I have thoroughly enjoyed the course so far.

I really enjoyed this course! Though the curvilinear perspective was a bit complex, I really liked the exercises and practices, and I was really happy with my final projects. I've always found perspective to be challenging so playing around and having fun with it was a refreshing change. Thanks Lapin!

Lapin has his own unique way of turning any moment into a reportage. I learned so many things from this course and he helped me a lot with his cute way of explaining things.

C'est un cours interessant car il donne de bonnes idees pour realiser un croquis de rue assez rapidement. Je dois dire toutefois que l'explication de la perspective 360° est trop rapide pour moi.

I am really enjoying this course and recommend it, especially for people who want to start keeping a sketchbook and want inspiration. Even though I have been using sketchbooks for many years, I already got a lot of great ideas and inspiration from these lessons too, particularly the stuff about curvilinear perspective. The community is good too - he takes the time to give thoughtful feedback on your work and sometimes students also interact with each other too.

Enjoyed this class! Lapin's work is so inspiring and he explains step by step on his approach.

I am loving this course, it's easy to follow and Lapin's personality and enthusiasm encourage my daily sketching. I've seen a marked improvement in my art since I started and have so much more confidence to try all the exercises. I'm looking out for a hat just like Lapin's, for when the lockdown is 9ver and I can get outside to do more sketching. Thank you!
