Interesting course that makes you see different aspects of editorial illustration.

Nicholas Blechman's teaching is warm, clever, and fun – just like his illustrations! His unconventional approach in his own work is imaginative and inspiring. I learned how to approach an illustration – the tools, concepts, sketching, playing, presentation, and working with art directors – it was like attending a full semester at the finest art school in the world!

This was a really interesting course. Seeing the different perspectives based on Nicholas experiences as an Illustrator and Art Director is worth watching. Great course.

Easy to follow. I like how Nicholas shows the perspective an Art Director and an Illustrator. It helps when creating ideas and presenting them. I also like the fact he's made it to the role of Creative Director but got started independently making his own magazine. It really showed me that you don't have to wait to get started and if you're consistent someone in the industry will see your potential and give you a chance.

Well-structured and very informative course, perfect for beginners. Apart from being a great professional, the teacher is kind and has a good sense of humor :)
