I have always had an interest in architecture with 3 years of formal study and work in the field. Moved away from architecture to study Business and later a degree in Construction Science and Management. Work involved coordinating and managing mid scale ICI projects. With family having a restaurant while growing up, culinary was always of interest and in the background. Made a sudden move by purchasing a Manor and made the move to the countryside (from the city) 5 years ago to live and operate the property as an inn. It was sold earlier this year. In the midst of getting another property but has been delayed. I have this interim project now I would like to create.
