¡Excelente curso! Recomendable para cualquier persona que quiera aprender sobre el arte de emplatar. Aporta herramientas útiles para destacar visualmente cualquier propuesta gastronómica. Aprendí muchísimo con Jodi, y este curso me animó a seguir experimentando y aprendiendo sobre el tema.

The course is enjoyable and gives keys to presenting dishes harmoniously. Nevertheless, I think it's a bit of a shame that (in the majority of cases) we think about the dish in terms of its visual quality and not its taste... But I guess that's the problem with instagam and networks...

it was very nice to learn some key techniques on how to style your food. I think it was not really instructive on the "how to take pictures" but it was still nice to listen to her advice.
