I was born in Madrid and I have always lived near a street called Vinateros, as if I had been predestined to the world of wine from the beginning. I studied Food Technology but when I finished it I discovered by chance that I was passionate about wine, so I went on to specialize in Viticulture and Oenology and I have been working as an oenologist in different countries and wine regions for 8 years.
