Born in 1968,in Strasbourg (France) I have been painting in oil for 30 years. I mainly paint seascapes landscapes, and still life.

As a self-educated painter I learned to perfect my art by studying impressionistic masters like Jean-Baptist-Camille Corot,Claude Monet and Edward Seago Pivotal figures in Landscape painting and plain air innovators of impressionism.

therefore when I paint landscapes I think of myself of a modern but classical impressionist.

when I paint still life's it is in a more traditional way still in oils, seeking for a sense of order, harmony and storytelling following
the Dutch masters.
