I have been a textile artist for many years, creating art quilt wall hangings inspired by nature and mostly using fabrics that I dye myself. I am originally from England but have lived overseas for a long time, spending many years in S.E. Asia which was a huge source of inspiration for me. Recently my husband and I moved to rural France with our four cats and since being here I have been doing more drawing and painting rather than textile work, finding inspiration in my garden and the surrounding countryside.
