Translation problems

Good artists and some sound teachers. Some explanations are ok - once you figure out the translation. If you speak English you have a distinct learning disadvantage in most Domestika courses because Domestika puts very little stock in the quality of translation from Spanish to English. This should be of concern to the many, very talented Domestika creators, who put a lot of work into their courses - English-speaking students definitely have trouble understanding the content! Domestika is wonderful - I just wish they would pay closer attention to the translation software that they use.

@rdstubbert Hi! Thanks for sharing your experience with us. We are constantly working on improving the quality of the translations you see on the courses and the website in general. We'll appreciate it if you could share with us on the Report issues with subtitles link below each lesson. That way, the corresponding team would be able to correct any mistake and make a general review so they can detect new issues.
Finally, remember that you can share in the "Community" section any doubts you have about the course. There you can see if other students have had the same trouble or receive feedback from them and the teachers.

See you in class!
