Hi everyone! I was born in Holland, but have lived in New Zealand for almost forty years. It is a great country.
In the past I have done several painting courses, mainly abstract.
I also enjoy making sculptures, but stopped since I now have arthritis in both my hands.
Fiep Westendorp has always been my very favourite children’s book illustrator. Her drawings are so cute and humorous.
I also like your work Sarah. So when I saw your course advertised, I jumped at it. Especially since we are in lockdown here!
What I would like to get out of this course is, that I start making daily drawings at home or on my walks! So far I have never achieved that! (I hope I will be brave enough to draw in public!)
That I will improve my drawing skills.
