Tim Hamons is a visual facilitator, coach, and trainer with over 20 years of experience drawing, speaking, training with clients throughout Asia and the world.
Tim is passionate about creative transformation. As a visual facilitator and coach, he helps teams to articulate and visualize strategy, map solutions, and create, connect and collaborate better with a marker in their hands. He has worked with a wide range of organizations and industries to create narratives and metaphors for change, articulate branding strategy, and catalyze teams. Tim believes that creating the right environment, with the right tools, is half the battle won towards effecting positive change. Visual tools and models create environments that encourage collaborative problem-solving, bigger-picture thinking, and collective ownership of the results.
As a speaker and trainer, he uses live sketching in his presentations to frame key messages, build interactive storytelling, and boost curiosity, engagement, and take-away value through the roof.
An American Citizen, Tim has lived and worked in Singapore since 1991. Together with his wife Irene, they set up Art of Awakening in 2011 to transform meetings and conversations through interactive visual storytelling.
