«I am a cold summer: an oxymoron, a paradox, in the world of art such as illustration & animation together, writing novels and short stories and finally photography.
As for illustration, I like everything, but for myself I would like to specialize/I'm specializing in illustrated books and graphic novels. And, if possible, create short films of little stories here and there. From illustrated books I would like to illustrate, arrange and rework fairy tales such as The Little Mermaid, Cinderella, Peter Pan, Beauty and the Beast, The Little Match Girl, Hansel & Gretel and many others.
With graphic novels, however, I don't think of breaking fairy tales into cartoons, but of creating very surreal, atypical and macabre stories with a romantic background.

For writing, I have novels and a short story in my folder. I dabble between the fiction genre of fiction with genre fiction and speculative fiction. I have several stories to complete, arrange, write and here too I have conflicting ideas: I go from writing a dark fantasy story to a genre about romantic fluff and sweet sentimentality.

Finally, for photography, I have a style that goes from black and white to caramel pastel and finally to vintage color. Black and white is mostly for my mental illnesses - apparently by using them as resources, I can breathe a little more. I use caramelized batter to distort reality, making it utopian and distorted and sometimes it always connects to my mental pathologies. Because sometimes, being inside it, it is possible to think that you are experiencing something utopian, albeit distorted. Last but not least: vintage photographs connect to the meaning of "forgotten beauty" of the 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s. With love as the background of abstract couples, the elderly with the representation of regularity and slowness in life and frenetic machines, moving quickly because even back then there was still frenzy. Even if less than today.

I repeat, therefore: I'm a cold summer because my ideas are halfway between Tim Burton's style with the macabre and romantic using desaturated colors and chiaroscuro and halfway with Hayao Miyazaki's style for fantasy and bright colors in the massive world of Illustration; in writing for ideas from fluff to dramatic thrillers and in black and white photography, reaching soft pastel with utopia in between.»
