Sandra's a holistic coach, artist and designer who loves to help people love their life and ignite the light inside. A writer, public environmental health professional, recovering perfectionist, germaphobe, workaholic, music, nature & dog lover.

Sandra loves people and believes everyone has the right to live in full colour. "From the rich to the poor, the authentic to the broken, we all deserve a great life. We all deserve to live a life in full colour." Sandra is a social and environmental justice advocate, and likes to help increase compassion and connection through art, kindness and understanding.

Art has always helped her connect to her inner self, Source and others. It is her hope that teaching HOLISTIC ART may inspire and resonate somehow within for others, and perhaps spark and ignite their creativity, and what is yearning to come outside. She loves to help others tune into their best, fullest potential, while living whole-heartedly, to the fullest. Sandra teaches alignment and how to be happy, despite circumstance or anything outside ourselves.
