Roslyn Henry

I retired three years ago after 35 years as a music teacher in schools- teaching Primary, Secondary and Special Needs. It was a job I loved and felt called to do. I am married with three wonderful, caring and supportive sons, all now married, and have five grandchildren. Despite the successes and joys in my life, I have been facing a fairly desperate and horrible situation for several years and have found myself in a very low place over something completely outwith my control. However, reckoning that good must come out of bad I have been focused on supporting others in difficult places, in the community and in hospital.
I'm so blessed to have great friends and two delightful and warm daughters in love who are like the daughters I didn't have. Through them, their fresh eyes and enthusiasm for life, I have found joy, companionship and love.
