Sintia Liefveld

Sintia Liefveld (1981) is a Dutch artist, living and working in the city of Haarlem.

Light and shadow play an important role in her three dimensional work. She is inspired by the ever-changing effect that sunlight has on objects. Her aim is to create artworks that evoke a sense of relief with their fascinating shadowplay and naturalistic shapes and textures.

Her pieces can best be described as serene, minimalistic and often monochromatic; they draw in the light and bring depth to an interior.
