1. Introduction - About Us
Creative Chamber is a full-service digital design and development agency that
specializes in creating seamless online experiences. Our expertise spans web design, development, content creation, and digital marketing. We work with eco-conscious brands like EcoNow to help scale their digital presence and increase engagement.

3. Process
Team:

Client Responsibilities:
Provide a single point of contact for feedback and decision-making.
Timely feedback and approvals on project milestones.
Provide any necessary brand assets (logos, guidelines, etc.).

4. Project Summary
EcoNow requires a complete redesign of their e-commerce website to improve the
user experience and increase online sales. The goal is to create a seamless shopping
experience, supported by an engaging content strategy (blogs, social media, and
video), and to develop a promotional email campaign to drive traffic.
5. Project Scope
Project Initiation
Set up project management tools and communication channels.
Organize workshops and project planning.
Design Phase
Research and ideation for the website redesign.
Design moodboards and styleboards for approval.
Develop interactive prototypes for homepage, product pages, blog, and key
templates.
Content Creation
Write and publish 5 blog articles about sustainable living.
Develop 10 social media posts focused on promoting the website relaunch.
Script, produce, and edit a 1-minute explainer video about EcoNow’s mission and
products.
Development Phase
Front-end and back-end development of the website, ensuring a mobile-responsive design.
Integration of content management system (CMS) and testing of all pages and functionalities.
Marketing Campaigns
Prepare and launch a promotional email campaign for existing customers to support the website relaunch.

7. Assumptions
The website will be built in English only.
EcoNow will provide product details and brand assets.
Up to 2 rounds of revisions for design and content are included.
The client will handle uploading product inventory to the new site.

Subscription services or complex membership features.
Custom payment gateway integration beyond standard options.
Additional rounds of revisions beyond those specified.

Out of Hours Meetings
Our core working hours are 10am to 7pm. If meetings are requested outside these
core working hours, this time will be chargeable at We $60 per hour, per attendee.
10. Project Agreement
Overview
You EcoNow Sustainable Goods are hiring us Creative Chamber located at 25th St, Santo Domingo, Republica Dominicana to run a E-commerce Website Redesign. This E-commerce Website Redesign (“the Services”) will cost $15,000 excluding VAT and will be performed on the basis of the terms and conditions set out below (“this contract”).
Responsibilities
Client
You have the authority to enter into this contract on behalf of your company. You agree to provide everything we need to complete the project, including any necessary information, feedback, and approvals. These must be given in the format and within the timeframe requested to keep the project on track. Deadlines are mutually agreed upon, and both parties are responsible for meeting these timelines. You also agree to adhere to the payment schedule outlined in this contract. Failure to meet these obligations may result in adjustments to project deadlines or the suspension of services.
Agency (Creative Chamber)
We will carry out all agreed services in a professional and timely manner. We have the skills and expertise required to fulfill our obligations. Subject to your timely feedback and cooperation, we will make every effort to meet the project deadlines. Additionally, we will maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information you provide, in line with the terms of this contract.
Project Changes
The initial project price is based on the estimated time and scope we’ve agreed upon. Should you wish to make changes or add new tasks to the project, please submit a written request via email. We will provide an updated estimate for any additional work, which will be billed at our standard daily rate of $500 per day.
Ownership
Upon full payment for the project, the following ownership rights will be assigned:
Visual Elements: You will own all visual elements created for this project. We will provide you with the source files and finished files, which you should store safely. We are not responsible for keeping a backup of these files. Additionally, you will own any text, images, and data that you provided for the project.
Code Ownership: We will retain ownership of the HTML, CSS, Liquid, JavaScript, and PHP code. We will grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use this code strictly for this project and only to the extent necessary for the operation of the EcoNow website.
Any rights not explicitly assigned or licensed by this contract will remain the property of the party who created the respective materials.

Payment will follow the agreed-upon schedule
Any work requested by the Client that falls outside the scope outlined in this contract and proposal will be charged in addition to the agreed amounts. Creative Chamber will not be required to begin any out-of-scope work until the Client has agreed to the additional fees.
Late Payments: If payment is not made by the due dates, a late payment interest rate of 5% above the bank's base rate will be applied. The Client will also be responsible for any interest, fees, and costs incurred by Creative Chamber in the process of recovering overdue payments.
Work Suspension: Creative Chamber reserves the right to stop all work if any of the scheduled payments are overdue by 7 days and remain unpaid 5 days after written notification. The project timeline will be adjusted to account for the pause in work.
Warranties
Once the project is complete and payment is received in full, Creative Chamber will hand over all completed source files, finished files, and any agreed-upon documentation to the Client.
Termination
Subject to any earlier termination in accordance with its terms, this contract will automatically expire upon completion of the project. However, any provisions of this contract that expressly or by implication are intended to remain in force after termination or expiry shall remain in full effect. Upon completion, the Client will pay Creative Chamber in full for all work completed to date, and the contract will end without further obligation or liability for either party.
Either party may terminate this contract by giving thirty (30) days written notice to the other if: (i) the other party becomes insolvent or is unable to pay its debts, (ii) the other party ceases trading, (iii) a winding-up order or bankruptcy order is made against the other party, (iv) a receiver is appointed for the other party, or the other party makes an assignment for the benefit of creditors, (v) any similar event occurs in relation to the other party, or (vi) the other party is in material breach of this contract and fails to remedy the breach within thirty (30) days of written notice requesting resolution.
