I call this water creature the Kai Holoa Otteraptor, I decided to add a few Polynesian element to it because I found it to be a perfect match for it

(Honestly, otters are one of my favs animals, so I loved you choosed one for this project!
The creativity and idea looks amazing here~
My tip and suggestion is incorporate more water elements in the desing
like...how about some water claws?
