Well, you have done a very nice sketch too!! I like the colors and the lines! You have made this your own personal interpretation! As for color and value, do you have a color reference sheet with the colors you have at your disposal?
@housesketcher my markers are a shoebox of gently to not so gently used markers I bought from an architect who no longer needed them. I swatched them out once, but somehow lost the swatches. My husband teases me that I swatch more than I paint! I usually use watercolour when I draw, but thought it would be fun to try the markers. Mostly I found it frustrating, as the colour on the outside did not match the ink on the inside!
@urbanr That’s why a swatch sheet is vital! The plastics can never really approach a different pigmentation medium. The swatch sheet is one of the most valuable items in your marker toolkit!
