I photocopied my black and white sketch so I could practice with the colours. Luckily the printer ink didn’t run with the markers. So I still have my original to colour in but I think this was a good start. Maybe a bit heavy on the roof, and the bottom right windows should be grey but otherwise ok for a complete novice.
@donnac1968 it’s great Donna. Remember that you are free to color this any way you like. And that’s really smart thinking to experiment with colors on a print. It allows you to experiment freely with colros without fear of having to start all over again with a new sketch!
I don’t think the second one is as good as the first. Too big for the page, too dark and the white pen was too thick.
