In meiner näheren Umgebung steht eine alte Mühle, die ich (leider nur nach eigenem Foto und nicht vor Ort) mit Mixed Media festgehalten habe. Zum Einsatz kamen Marker, Farbstifte, eine Grundierung mit Aquarell... dann ist es doch wiedr bunter geworden als zunächst geplant, aber ich entdecke viel "Neues". Danke, Jenny, für deine Inspirationen!

A great project - I also think it's nice that you show the templates. This shows that you really used the colors very freely and playfully. I like it that way - with the mill you have a complementary contrast with red and green and some variants of these tones, so I find it consistent. If it's too colorful for you personally, you might consider giving some "greyer" tones more of a role in your next sketches - grey-blue, khaki, etc. But that's up to you, and I look forward to seeing what you do still employ this technique. @ronkiponk Thanks for your positive feedback - I had actually considered gray tones, but didn't find anything in the "marker fundus" at home. Gray is now on my wish list for the next pen purchase along with apricot (which I would also have liked to have used). But it can take a while, because the necessary arranging with existing material when painting/drawing is always so exciting and good for good surprises...!
