Before work began I made the workstation, cross cut guide and router fence.Cut pieces presented before glueing.I only have two large clamps so I had to dowel and glue each upright one at a time.Practicing with the router was a big deal for me; it's a tool I am not yet comfortable with. This is my mini rack before staining. I'm thrilled with the result. This is the cabinet now stained.I wanted to retain the light colour of the natural timber, so I used an oil wax with a white tint as the first coat.
@thomasokon Hi there, it's a standard 18mm radiata pine plywood with a B side and a C side. I found the lower quality surfaces worked just fine with a little more sheet sanding than you'd probably need with an A-quality plywood board. The router bit for the door was simply a 9.5mm straight bit at a depth of about 1.5mm. I created the pattern freehand, pulling the router from the top of the door down towards my body. Cheers!

What type of plywood is this? What router bit did you use?
Thanks!
